Reporting & Results

Reports are issued once all required investigations are completed, the case has been reviewed, and the report has been authorised by a consultant histopathologist.

Scientific staff do not release results verbally.

Complex cases may require:

* Additional investigations

* Referral review

* MDT discussion

* Specialist consultation
